Hotel Experimental Marais, won in October 2024, transforms the property into a 43 room hotel designed by the interior designer Tristan Auer (Hôtel de Crillon, Les Bains, Hôtel du Louvre). Auer created a non-Gothic masterpiece inspired by the history and cultural heritage of Marais, representing large arches, stained glass, bold architectural lines and intimate spaces. Guests staying in the hotel can enjoy a beautiful spa with an indoor swimming pool, a sophisticated cocktail bar and a restaurant that promised to be a new culinary goal.

For the reimagination of the space, Tristan Auer imagined a fictional character of a curious and adventure traveler, someone who explores the world and at the same time enjoying every moment – Esthete and Epicurean. The spacious restaurant, Temple & Chason, is decorated with this collection of drawings and photographs and creates an atmosphere that feels both intimate and exotic. This atmosphere is further strengthened by a palette of brown tones, from pulsating to texture. To revive this concept, Tristan Auer cooperates with artist Clovis Retif in the artistic direction of space.
